Websites of Interest

  • Find the companion website for my dissertation at The Lawrence Tract.

  • My wife, daughter, and I lived in Spain together for the academic year 2014-15. This blog documents a portion of our time there.

  • I still have fond memories of working with Marty Pulvers at Sherlock's Haven--it was probably the most relaxing, unique, and fun job I have ever had. I built Marty’s website at Pulvers’ Prior Briar and trained him to manage it.

  • With Amy Halapua, I designed this website for the Archbishop Carter Foundation in Jamaica, founded by my mentor at Foothill College, Dr. Joseph Woolcock.

  • It's always inspiring to see what my friend, Mik Gaspay, is up to in the art world.

  • Also in the art world, my sister, Kija Lucas, is a photographer.

  • The Department of History at Bowling Green State University's blog, where my MA thesis co-chair and advisor, Dr. Amílcar Challú, wrote a nice article about my research on soup in nineteenth-century Mexico.

  • A blog about the teaching profession called Zinnfull, written by Wilkins-O’Riley Zinn, a mentor of mine from Southern Oregon University's Master’s in Teaching program. She sadly passed away much too soon.
